The TUM Venture Lab Quantum Electronics is the nucleus for the entrepreneurial activities in the fields of Quantum Tech, Photonics and key areas in Electronics like new chip architectures or next gen computing hardware. In close collaboration with our local ecosystem, we plan to develop one of the leading innovation hubs for Quantum Technologies Electronics globally. Manager Venturing Network (m/f/d)

How you will support us

  • Drive and evolve the offering for early stage founders supported by the TUM Venture Lab Quantum Electronics
  • Support and coach founders from the early idea stage until incorporation with domain specific knowledge offerings
  • Manage the Venture Lab’s pipeline and organize regular entry gates for new founder teams
  • Develop and manage our network of experts and industry partners
  • Drive the awareness about the TUM Venture Labs and the Venture Lab Quantum Electronics on campus and at external events

Your profile

  • University degree (Diploma, Master), ideally in Management & Innovation, Physics or comparable
  • Experience in working with startups or entrepreneurial environments
  • Professional experience in project management and strong organizational skills
  • Very good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and pragmatic way of working with a high degree of ownership
  • Strong team player comfortable to navigate a large and diverse stakeholder landscape
  • Fluency in German and English

Working relationship will be restricted to two (2) years (with a planned project extension until 2026). Compensation and terms are in line with TV L E13 (full time).
