Visual identity

Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) has a visual identity that is both memorable and easy to recognize. It includes a refined logo, a color palette and suggested fonts, to help identify the MQV brand. By embracing these design guidelines across all of our communication platforms, MQV presents a clear, professional image that all of our target audiences can identify. MQV members are encouraged to follow this visual identity in talks and posters with MQV-related content.

Acknowledgment recommendation

For project and research (partially) funded through MQV and means of the Hightech Agenda Bavaria (MQV consortia work, MQV Lighthouse Projects, MQV R&D Professorships, MQV Doctoral Fellows, ...), here is a recommendation by the minitries on how to acknowledge MQV in publications:

"The project/research is part of the Munich Quantum Valley, which is supported by the Bavarian state government with funds from the Hightech Agenda Bavaria."
 

General terms & conditions

Here's the terms & conditions for using image, video and sound recordings as well as graphics of Munich Quantum Valley (MQV).

  1. Images, video and sound recordings as well as graphics of MQV may only be used by MQV members and partners in a clearly visible, contextual connection to the work of MQV, unless explicitly regulated otherwise.
  2. The use of any material requires a written approval from the Outreach Team of the MQV office and a brief description of the intended use.
  3. Use outside the MQV office is permitted only for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated, and redistribution is excluded.
  4. MQV reserves the right to object to the use and always retains the rights to the material.
  5. The use of the material always requires the indication of credits in the form "© MQV | Name Photographer".
  6. A purely private use of photographs by persons depicted is permitted, but explicitly excludes any unauthorized publication, e.g. on private websites or social media channels (see point 2).
