AFQC 2025: IMPACT

Together with the DLR Quantum Computing Initiative (QCI), Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) presented AFQC 2025: Impact! More interaction, concrete goals and results, and a real impact on the ecosystem to create a more effective, relevant forum for exchange – high expectations that the event was able to fulfill.

Making a difference in the quantum computing ecosystem and bringing the quantum community into dialogue – that was the goal of this year's AFQC: Impact. DLR QCI and MQV therefore jointly designed a completely new forum for exchange on quantum computing: much more compact, appealing, and targeted. A place that brings together the most exciting minds in quantum computing from across the ecosystem and then gets them talking. With a new name, a new concept, and a live design that makes it clear at every turn that the organizers are serious about IMPACT and that it happens in many different ways. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this day a unique experience.

After the AFQC is – this year even more than usual – before the AFQC: Now there is a year to fix the problems that were worked out together. The first step will be to consolidate the work results from the three arenas, determine roles, and then write the promised impact white paper.
