Public lecture – „Lasst uns den Quantensprung wagen!“


To kick off our MQV Review Meeting in Eichstätt this year, Prof. Rudolf Gross will give a public evening lecture at the Altes Stadttheater Eichstätt on September 25, 2023.

Groundbreaking advances in quantum science and technologies have opened up fascinating application perspectives ranging from powerful quantum computers to highly sensitive quantum sensors to secure quantum communication systems. Quantum technologies will therefore have a defining impact on the 21st century. It is time for us to take the leap into the new quantum age and specifically exploit the potential of quantum technologies.

On this topic, Prof. Rudolf Gross of the Walther Meissner Institute and the Technical University of Munich will give an evening lecture in German, intended for the general public, on September 29, 2023 at 7:30 pm.
After the lecture, which will last about 45 minutes, there will be time for questions and discussion.
