Are you interested in joining a dynamic team building a start-uporiginating from LMU Munich to develop the world's most sensitiveabsorption microscope and a powerful platform for quantumtechnologies?

Our team uses optical resonators the size of a human hair to strongly enhance theinteraction of light and nanoscale matter. Thereby, we enable scientists to performresearch on future high-tech materials and pave the way for quantum technologies andinsights through exciting new experiments.

Development Scientist (m/f/d)

We look for

  • Master or PhD in Physics or related fields, with a background in optics
  • Interest in exploring scientific, technical and economic challenges and questionsregarding the commercialization of an innovative technology
  • Motivation to engage in designing, engineering, and improving our microscopesand quantum platforms
  • Fluency in English required (German is appreciated but not necessary)
  • Core values: Scientific curiosity, critical thinking, hands-on mentality, teamwork andcommitment to diversity and equal opportunity
